Personal + Small Group Training
Developed and facilitated by highly skilled trainers, these sessions are Individualized workouts and training plans to meet your fitness goals. Sessions would include a mix of strength training, mobility and flexibility work, cardio, and more. In-person and/or Zoom sessions available. Wait-list at this time.
We have curated a large collection of follow along fitness videos. These include a mix of strength training, yoga, resistance band workouts, body-specific workouts, mindfulness and stress management, and more. Videos will be available for rent or subscription.
A crucial component of reaching fitness and wellness goals is having a clear, functional, sustainable, and enjoyable approach to nutrition. Our holistic lifestyle coaches will help you develop an individualized meal plan with recipe suggestions. Our meal plans are not about being restrictive, they're about being adaptive. Meals and recipe suggestions are designed to work around your lifestyle and the foods you like to eat. These services can be available for monthly or yearly subscriptions.

Our live public classes are available twice a week. These are all-levels classes on Zoom. Our online POP workouts are an hour long, consisting of a dynamic warm up, full body exercises, and a stretch/cool down. These sessions contain a mix of strength training exercises, mobility work, yoga, and more. POP Workouts are accessible to any fitness level or experience (modifications always provided), and can be as challenging as you want to make it (have weights at home? Use ‘em!). We are here to support you during and between sessions. Our interactive class style allows for you to have a reference of the exercises AND get real-time support from our trainers.

Holistic Lifestyle Coaching
Our CHECK Holistic L1 Lifestyle coaches can provide supportive coaching to help you meet your mental, physical, and emotional well-being goals. Through consultation, goal setting, life coaching, nutrition consultation, and more we can help cultivate a plan that is sustainable and supportive.
Yoga, Mindful Movement, Stress Management
Yoga cultivates mindfulness through movement and breath; allowing participants enhanced clarity of present moment sensations, feelings, and emotions. Yoga can calm the nervous system, improve mood, and increase self-compassion. A yoga practice can also provide unique avenues for physical challenge and growth; with opportunities to flow, play, and have fun while taking care of the body. We offer a mix of invigorating yoga flows, mindful movement practices (yoga and QiGong), breath-work, meditations, and stress management techniques. These sessions are available in our video library, can be scheduled for private individual sessions, and also occasionally live-streamed for live group sessions.
